NCCI OFFICE RELOCATION
The relocation of our physical office location is moving ahead! We expect to be moved into the new office at 124-B North 2nd Street, Shelton WA 98584 by January 1.
Our mailing address (PO Box 1478 Shelton) will remain unchanged. Anything being sent to us by FedEx, UPS, etc. after Christmas should be directed to the new address.
For those who are physically dropping off payments, the new location is around the corner (towards the Post Office) and down to the far end of the block (at the corner of 2nd and Franklin), on the same block as our "old" location.
UPDATED FEE SCHEDULE
Accounts opened before October 1, 2025 will be administered under the existing 2020 Rate Schedule for a minimum of 6 months after account opening. Current accounts on an annual billing schedule will be given credit for fees paid at the "old" rates until their billing anniversary, at which time they will switch to the 2025
Fee Schedule, and convert to "pay as you go" fee collection.

- Annual IRS 1098 and 1099 tax information reporting forms (Consolidated reports available for holders of multiple accounts)
- Online account viewing
- Late payment notifications, and late fee accounting
- Holding original documents required to release collateral and clear title, and delivery of documents upon full satisfaction (document preparation services also available on a limited basis)
